how to use

Good mockups shouldn’t be complicated.

Every Serotonin Studio mockup includes an in-depth PDF User Guide with instructions and tips for getting the best results from your specific file. But if you just want to get started, here are the basics.

01
- Open the File

Open your mockup PSD in Adobe Photoshop. Each file is organized and ready to go, so there’s no complicated setup required.

02 - Find the Smart Object

Locate the layer labeled “Smart Object (Add Artwork Here)” and double-click the Smart Object thumbnail to open it in a new window.

03 - Add Your Artwork

Place your design inside the Smart Object, then scale and position it as needed. Save the Smart Object and close the window when you’re done.

04 - Fine-Tune the Result

Your artwork will automatically appear in the scene with the lighting, texture, and perspective already applied. Use the included adjustment and realism layers to fine-tune the final result when needed.

05 - Export & Go

Once everything looks right, export your finished image in whatever format your project needs.

Now go make your portfolio a little harder to ignore.

*Using LED Screen Mockups

Some digital display mockups include an optional LED Screen Overlay for added realism. Turn it on or off depending on your artwork, and adjust the scale or intensity when needed to get the result you want.

Your included PDF User Guide contains additional instructions for any file-specific features.
